Session Description:  Steve will review the basic framework of "The Leadership Challenge" by James Kouzes and Barry Posner.  It is the work of leaders to inspire people to do things differently, to struggle against uncertain odds, and to persevere towards a better future.  How can we learn to mobilize others to want to make extraordinary things happen in our organizations?
