From Paralyzed to Purposeful – Embracing the Power of Change
presented by Naomi Hardy
Change isn’t just knocking—it’s barging in.
But here’s the truth: When you push past fear, you uncover the good that change can bring. As leaders, how we respond sets the tone for everyone around us. Do we freeze... or do we lead forward?
Join me for an empowering, engaging and interactive meeting where we’ll uncover:
- Change Management vs Change Leadership and why both are needed
- Why change can paralyze even the strongest among us—and how to break through it
- How to keep moving when everything around you feels uncertain
- Three powerful mindset shifts that help you pivot with clarity and confidence
You’ll leave this session with more than insight—you’ll walk away with actionable strategies to lead yourself (and others) through change with courage, purpose, and grace.
Let’s reframe fear and find the opportunity in the shift.
