Session Description: Profitability tracking isn’t just about making more money. It’s about knowing whether your firm’s efforts are translating into sustainable success.​ A law firm can have great revenue and still struggle with profit. Why? High overhead, underperforming matters, unpaid bills—it adds up.​ Understanding profitability means you can correct course sooner, scale what’s working, and identify where value is slipping through the cracks, all using a data-driven approach.

Speaker Bio: Jaquie began her legal career as an attorney focused on malpractice defense and transitioned to legal technology, first in a training & implementations role before moving product development in order to use her skillset to help improve the efficiency of law firms. Her understanding of how law firms run as a business, and how technology can help firms better manage and plan for success through reporting and analysis, makes her perspective unique. Centerbase is glad to have Jacquie as a Product Manager as she is adept at translating legal and technical information into actionable insights.

 The session will be available via zoom to any member that does not attend in-person.  The zoom portion of the meeting will begin at 11:50pm.

PARKING: The building is accessible from the tunnel and parking is available and will be validated for those that park in the 601 Travis garage.
There is access to Hunton’s building on the street level or tunnel level via the escalator in the lobby of the garage.

The Zoom login information will be emailed to all registered participants the morning of the session.
