Please join us for a session on 

Managing Toxic Behaviors in the Workplace

presented by Dr. Sharon Abrahams

Session Description: Every workplace has them -- the negative, intimidating, mean-spirited or difficult people who make your work life uncomfortable.  You can't escape these people - they're part of your everyday routine. Learning how to manage toxic people in the workplace will help you achieve respect and success as a leader in your firm.

During this session the attendees will:

·       Be able to identify the toxic behaviors of others.

·       Learn to control the communication process with a difficult person.

·       Identify self-behaviors to manage the situation.

 The session will be available via zoom to any member that does not attend in-person.  The zoom portion of the meeting will begin at noon.

**If you register to attend in-person and do not attend, or cancel the day of, there will be a $20 cancellation fee.**

The building is accessible from the tunnel and parking is available and will be validated for those that park in the 601 Travis Street parking garage. There is access to Chase Tower from the garage via the street level or tunnel level via the escalator on the lobby of the garage. 

The Zoom login information will be emailed to all registered participants the morning of the session.
