Session Description: Current details on the hard marketplace P&C insurance has been experiencing over the least 6 years. What the future holds and if there is any relief in the future. HB19 has been passed by the Governor of Texas and what that means for the P&C insurance premiums. Risk management and loss control can really help separate an insured from the rest of the pack in this hard market, allowing for more aggressive pricing.
