Session Description:

The long term planning that each Firm must make will begin by focusing on those practice areas in the firm that currently provide and will continue to provide the greatest levels of profits.  Decisions affecting numbers and levels of personnel, technology, marketing, expansion, owner admissions, etc., cannot be made until the Firm first ascertains which areas of practice it wants to continue, expand or contract.

In this session, Mr. Iezzi will explore the methodology for determining profitability outside the Firm level.  At the conclusion of this session, attendees should be able to:

1. Understand the rationale behind this type of analysis and recognize the issues to be resolved both politically and mechanically
2. Determine the data required for the analysis.
3. Be educated on how the analysis is performed, how it is presented, and how it can be used for other management purposes.

The session will be available via zoom to anyone that does not attend in-person.  The zoom portion of the meeting will begin at noon.

If you register to attend in-person and do not attend, or cancel the day of, there will be a $30 cancellation fee.

**The building is accessible from the tunnel and parking at the Allen Center Garage (300 Clay Street) WILL be validated.**
 You will need to get to the 3^rd floor to enter the crossway over to the Allen Center Buildings.
