According to 2020 industry surveys women and people of color has increased significantly in the last 10 years.   While law firms continue to allocate significant resources and time in recruiting first year associates, these increases are not represented in the mid-level associate and partner ranks.  In 2020 associate and partner representation of women and people of color increased 1% from 2019 to 2020.  This round table will provide discussion and learning opportunities on how firms can ensure we not only recruit but retain diverse attorneys.
