Please join us for The Law Firm of the Furure: Research Based Innovation presented by Marilyn Archer and Ken Wiesehuegel with Gensler.

As law firms grapple with greater pressures to increase efficiency, lower costs, and still maintain high quality, the most successful firms tend to be more nimble and innovative than their counterparts.  They more easily embrace and implement new strategies and programs to drive their desired business outcomes.

When it comes to the bulit environment, the right workplace design is a critical component to a comprehensive stategic plan and can ensure that a firm achieves the identity, productivity and efficiency needed to serve their clients and grow their business.  The alignment between business success, innovation and the physical work environment has been established through independent surveys of multiple industries including the legal industry.

Attendees will learn about the latest research and trends affecting law firm planning and will see specific case studies demonstrating how individual firms have adapted these to their individual priorities.  Particular emphasis will be placed on demonstrating how law firms can incorporate the most current and forward-looking design trends into existing office space.

Objectives:

• Identify design strategies that have shown to be most successful in improving business outcomes

• Examine case studies that demonstrate strategies employed by law firms that are renovating in place

• Discuss ways in which law firms can establish priorities and test different strategies as part of an expansion or office relocation
