Please join us for Ending Conflict in 3 Questions  presented by Rob Pennington, PhD.

Everyone has challenges getting people to agree to what we know is right. Based on principles of the martial arts this entertaining, insight-filled presentation will show you how to reduce resistance to your point of view in ways that transform the majority of your conflict into collaboration - honest! Two simple, practical models will give you leverage to motivate and influence others with both respect and firmness. You will learn how to:

  • Use 3 questions to eliminate 50-90% of your disagreements
  • Use The 5 Levels of Communication Interview to hear more than is being said
  • Reduce misunderstandings by using both the 3 Questions and the 5 Levels
