presented by Allison Friend, Chief Human Resources Officer, Americas, Hogan Lovells, Washington, D.C. and Melissa Morissey, Senior Director of Operations, Blank Rome, LLP.   Allison and Melissa will describe their experience at Blank Rome as they implemented a major transition from the traditional secretarial assignment model by office to a centralized resource model that provided cutting-edge administrative support to firm associates throughout the country.   This interactive presentation will go over how the program was implemented throughout the firm, and discuss their strategies for overcoming resistance to these changes, lessons learned, metrics for success, and staffing and market considerations for the future of the legal industry.
