Please join us for our October HR Section Meeting on ACA Updates (Sections 6055 and 6056) and Reporting Requirements that will be presented by Elverine (Rena) Felton with Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.

Description:  HR professionals, Administrators and Payroll Specialists will be responsible for the burdensome and confusing task of upcoming 6055-6056 reporting requirements.  Reporting requirements, deadlines and updates that require action on behalf of your firms and employees.

Speaker Bio:  Rena Felton is an employee benefits health & welfare compliance attorney who joined Arthur J. Gallagher & Co in July 2013.  In her role as Area Assistant Vice President, Compliance Counsel, Rena is responsible for assisting clients with group health plan compliance questions and resolving group health plan compliance issues related to ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, Internal Revenue Code Section 125, and Healthcare Reform.  As Compliance Counsel, she assists the many offices of the South Central Region with day-to-day compliance questions related to health and welfare plans.

Rena is a graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law, and holds a Master’s of Laws (LLM) in employee benefits from the John Marshall Law School-Chicago.  She is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas. Rena is a frequent speaker on a variety of employee benefits topics and has contributed articles to the Syracuse Law Journal and the Family Law Review, a publication of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.

Parking Details: The entrance for the parking garage is at the corner of Lamar and Louisiana.  Valet parking at this garage will be validated for meeting attendees.
